It could hold 5000-6000 songs, but I imagine the table of contents would be humongous. The cost of bluray media and the associated burners are dropping in price.

if you can write to a bluray discs as data, then yes you could, but why?

If you select Desktop as your target from RipnZip, you can drag the song directly onto the Play window of Roxbox. No need to put the song into a folder.

Is it possible? If so, what program can be used?

I'm looking forward to the new version if for nothing else than just for the MP4 capability. I use YouTube Downloader to get on the spot karaoke from the internet and it will be great to be able to load this info into RoxBox and have it play them rather than having WinAmp or Windows Media Player play them or buffer them and play them directly from IE or Firefox. Ok after deleting it a 3rd time then shutting down then booting up and reinstalling it and shutting down then booting up and running RoxBox the recording feature is now being recognized and I even placed a stereo input cable into the microphone input just to be sure it had something physical to recognize. I don't know what might have made it finally work but it is now so Thanks for being there to listen. I'll let you know how the recording goes as I work it hard and perfect it.   

I tried deleting and reinstalling RoxBox and it is still giving me that Code 23 and Can't Initialize Recording feature message. Help me cause I really want to use this feature. I've already had multiple requests for it. Thanks! and of course now I've lost all the history on my singers but it will be worth it if you can help me restore that feature. Here's hoping!!!

A-HA found your note on uninstalling RoxBox. I will go try it so I can reload and hope that the recording feature loads this time.

When I installed RoxBox on my main computer it did not install the recording feature so when I start RoxBox it always gives me the message Can't Initialize Recording... Code Number 23. I have tried the repair feature but nothing happens and I do not see an uninstall so that I can reinstall and try to load the recording feature hopefully. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this feature? I can get it to work on my Laptop as you suggested although there is a feedback issue I'm working on to try and make good use of this feature. How nice it would be to make a couple of bucks per song and be able to email it to them before they even leave the club or get home. I think it would generate a lot of excitement and good PR given all the technology available now for sending and receiving audio and video files. Just amazing.

FYI: I did finally figure out which side of my screen allows me to get to monitor 2 to use all the split screen features. Thanks Frank, you're the coolest!!! Working on adding MP3's and creating specialized play lists for my various clubs to use for Player 2 with the fade in and out feature next so I don't need my IPOD. Learning every day.
